Returns Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a full money back guarantee on any item you purchase. Should you not be satisfied with the fit, feel or style of any garment you purchase unseen from us online (excluding underwear), we will refund or exchange the full value of the garments. The cost of return postage back to KINGSIZE is the responsibility of the customer*.

Of course we would expect the garments have not been worn or damaged in any way.

Where Kingsize has made an error on your order (as sometimes can happen...we are only human) or the goods are damaged in transit (don't worry this does not happen very often) we will also pick up the return freight charges. Simply return the goods with all the Labels and Tags in place to KINGSIZE BIG & TALL P.O BOX 44 Inglewood W.A. 6932.

How do I return or exchange an item?

 Start by reading the instructions we have placed in your parcel, all the required information is there on the back of the Tax Invoice.

  • To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require on the form follow the instructions on the form we have packed with your goods.

Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached.

We may not accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card or exchanged and will exclude shipping costs. If we have made the error then we will be responsible for the postage cost back to you.

We cannot be held responsible for the incorrect selection of style or size. If we have incorrectly filled out your order we will be entirely responsible for the return postage.

If your order has been sent to a destination outside Australia, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. (Unless we have made the error) However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please be aware that it can take up to 10-14 days for the refund to appear in your account,(processing time) this also depends on the card you have used and the bank you deal with.

Returning Goods to Bricks and Mortar store:

Goods may be returned to any one of our Victorian, Queensland and Western Australia stores.

Kingsize Big and Tall Canberra operate as an affiliate of Kingsize Big & Tall.

Mail order returns can be returned to Kingsize Big and Tall stores in WA, VIC and QLD only.
