Frequently Asked Questions

How can I pay for my order?

Our payment methods are Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer. At the checkout select the option you would prefer, bearing in mind that if you choose Internet Banking or Bank Deposit, your order will not be dispatched until we have received payment.
Unfortunately we no longer accept cheques.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can, your tracking information is sent to you via email when the order has been dispatched. If you have not received this within a few hours of your order status in your account changing to "Shipped", please call us and we can provide you with it.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All internet orders may take up to 7 working days to be dispatched, depending on stock availability. Some of the items in your order may need to be transferred  from our Kingsize stores nationally.

Express Post is 1 - 3 business days from date of dispatch
Regular Post is 5 - 10 business days from date of dispatch.
International delivery times are subject to vary based on location. 

I placed an order on Friday night Today is Monday, where is it?

Our office is closed on the weekends. Orders placed on Friday night are not processed until the following Monday. If you have any questions regarding the time frame of your delivery, please contact us via phone or email, or leave a comment on your order.

I called your Customer Service number and it went straight to voicemail.

If you have called from the Eastern States, please bear in mind we are in WA and our office hours are 8am - 4.30pm AWST. Call us back or leave a message.

I cannot find something I have previously ordered on the website, do you still stock it?

If you cannot see it on the website the chances are we have sold out. As you may know, we re-order our basics and essentials, such as cargo trousers, polos and singlets regularly. If you require further information on sold out stock, please contact us.

Can I order if I live outside of Australia?

Yes, you can, but our postage and process is different to domestic orders. We will also have to identify you and we will ask for proof of ownership of the
credit card you are trying to use. Please head to our International Orders page for more information on the countries we accept orders from.

$19.50 seems like a lot for postage...

$19.50 is a set express postage price. There is no limit to what or how many items of clothing you can order for that price of postage. We also have a regular postage option for $14.95.

My item doesn’t fit, can I return it?

As long as the item is unworn and it is within the 4 weeks of the order being sent. 
Please return the item in its original packaging with the tags attached within 4 weeks for refund or exchange. For all return policy
details and instructions, please read our return policy in full.

Do you accept returns of online purchases in your stores?

Goods can be returned to any of our West Australian, Queensland and Victorian stores within 4 weeks. All tags must be attached to the garment and in their original condition. You must provide proof of purchase.

Is there anything that isn’t returnable?

Underwear is not returnable for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear and as with all items, returned unworn and unwashed with the tags attached.

I want to cancel my order, but it’s already shipped.

If you have changed your mind, repackage and return the item with a copy of your receipt within 4 weeks. Please see our return policy for all details and instructions.

What is your relationship with the KINGSIZE Canberra ACT Store?

Kingsize Big & Tall Canberra are part of the Kingsize Big & Tall co-op buying group but are operated by a different company.
Goods which are bought through our website are not returnable to Kingsize Canberra, and vice versa.
