Login Help Page
It's easy to forget passwords! Some people might even have two email addresses. If you're having trouble logging in, here are some common issues & solutions:
1) Forgot Password / Can't Log In
- Please use your email address, as your email and password. (If you have managed to log in, please change your password in the 'My Account' and save your changes as it will automatically save your email address as the password.)
- Click here to receive a temporary password (Please note this can take up to an hour to receive. Use the temporary password to log in, you can change the password in the 'My Account' and save your changes.
2) Different Email Address
- Please log in using the old email address and change your email to the new email in the 'My Account' be sure to save your changes.
- Alternatively, you can contact our team at 1800 810 702 AWST (8am-4pm) to make the changes for you
3) I've only done over the phone orders before
You will likely have an existing account.
- Please use the email you would have provided our team, as the email and password (This should prompt you in, to your account) Please create a password in the 'My Account' as doing this will save your email address as the password.
4) Still having trouble / Create an Account
If none of the above has worked, it can likely mean we don't have your account details, or the details might be incorrect. Not to worry please create a new account
