TRACKING ORDERS

You may track and trace your shipped order via the Australian Air Express website , click this link www.aae.com.au
Most parcels will be delivered overnight from the Date of Despatch. 

 

If you are not home when the parcel arrives and if you did not leave an "ATL” (Authority to Leave) note when you placed your order, then the parcel will be returned to the depot and a delay will occur.

 

If you are confident that your doorstep is a reasonably safe place to leave goods, we recommend you tick the ATL box when making your order. Please be advised that goods left on your doorstep are your responsibility.
